Mein Auto: is way too fast
WTF the ZHP has wood trim, the non-ZHP has cube trim.
The ZHP has normal trunk, the non-ZHP has decklid spoiler?!?!

Go ZHP - cant go wrong. And just because it's common doens't make silvergray a bad color. My family has had white car's before. They look nice sometimes, but sometimes it seemed bland to me. Just my .02

You'll be happy either way.

Buy The 2003 Model, You Will Better Off At The End With Those Extra Options. Plus The Grey Looks 100 Times Better Than The White.

That's a good point. The xenons would be nice. I've never had experience with Nav. Is it worth the complication?

Get both of them, one for pleasure on weekend and the other one to work. I like the 03's color.

I think the Alpine looks really sweet.

Ordinarily when choosing between two used cars, I would say get the one with 12K fewer miles. But with both cars being pretty young, and especially on a BMW 16K miles is like nothing... I say go for the ZHP. Better color (Silver Grey rocks!) and better equipped.

And Navigation is awesome! I got used to navigation on a Lexus, which I think is the best system on the market, so I had a few complaints when I first started using BMW's NAV, from a system design/user friendly standpoint. But is sounds like you haven't heavily used any system yet, which is a great place to start if you're getting a BMW w/NAV. And even with the complaints I have, it's worth every penny. I think even if you never touch it, it's worth it with any NAV just to have a map of what's around you constantly displayed. You'll never want to drive a car without it again.

Good luck!
