Help me problem on my bimmer !!

nice to meet you all

im driving 330 CIC ZHP
but starts from few weeks somethimes I feel hesitaion when I accelate in first gear. I shift to first gear and put the gas but car hesitate like half second rather than just accelate.
I complained about this 3 times already but thing is it's not happen all the time, it happen once in a while so can't just demostate to service ppl at the dealershop.

anyone has any idea??

and other thing that, did you guys notice that HK system in Covertible is not as good as in sedan or coupe? is it normal?

I mean because of stupid ski cover front of tiny sub, it even screen the base, and I significatly notice the sound is degraded than sedan or coupe equipped with HK sound system.

and anybody how to program one button covertible top open and close, and remote open too?? I wish I can open the top up to at least 10mph.

if anyone know what's the deal about it plz let me know!!
