Looking for 15,000 miles for 30 months. New to car buying so appreciate the help.

600-700 a month depending on current programs and getting maximum discount from your dealer and top Tier credit with buy rate MF and all incentives to you.

Looking at the 330 but cannot find any current incentives from BMW. Anyone know of any incentives - I'm hearing people buying below invoice. Thanks!

Try pushing for the following:
  • The "buy rate" aka this month's base money factor, which is currently 0.0015, per bmwusa.com's lease offers.
  • A lower cap cost. Again, sourcing from bmwusa.com's 328d wagon offers, it should be around 9% off MSRP. Your cap cost is currently ~7.16% off MSRP.

Here's my math on your money factor. Let me know if I've missed anything.

IIRC, 328d wagons currently have a 61% residual under a 12/36 lease.

Residual value:
$56,120 x 0.61 = $34,233.20

Depreciation, monthly:
($52,100 - $34,233.20) / 36 = $496.30

"Rent charge," monthly:
$638 - $496.30 = $141.70

Your offer's money factor:
$141.70 / ($52,100 + $34,233.20) = 0.00164

Best of luck!

Service loaner lease

First-timer here..looking to jump from Audi to BMW Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm looking to lease a 2017 330i loaner. I've created a lease calculator, which I've used for past leases, but I don't know what to do on this one with the existing miles. Would someone mind letting me know if this is a good deal? I think they're still making $$, but not sure.

Current mileage: 4,593
MSRP: $46,090
Negotiated price: $39,499
Acquisition fee: $925 (sales guy said it was already built-in)
Disposition fee: $350 (they said would apply after lease)
Registration: none because it's already registered through January
Down payment (including first month's payment): $2,000
Tax rate: 7.75% (socal)

They're saying my monthly payments would be $428 and some pennies. This would be a 36-month lease at 12k miles.

I don't know much about current 330i prices, but I would hold out for a larger discount on a service loaner.
