03 330I MT @ 28k miles, time for tranny and diff. fluid?

Trust me I did use
http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/search.php?

But there are way too many discussions and debates on way too many products there.

Can someone please tell me what brand and model should I choose if I need to change the tranny and diff. fluid? Royal Purple seems to be recommended by many? What are the estimated labor cost for these jobs at a shop?

Any there other services in your opinion that are worth investing at this mileage? Like coolant flush? Fuel filter?

I want to run at least 150k miles on this car and won't hesitate on any recommended maintenance to reach this goal smoothly.

As far as tranny fluid goes, I used Redline D4 ATF and followed these instructions:
http://www.bmw325i.net/maint_tran_fluid.shtml

See this thread: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=86724

Nick doesn't like D4. It's only been in my car for 3000 miles, so I can't really comment yet.

It really is an easy job, a good shop should be able to do it in... 10-20 minutes? after they have the car in the air. *I* did it in <20 mins, and it was my first time.
