Another good dealer experience

There are so many negative dealer experiences posted here, I just like to post my good ones when they happen to balance it out. Last week, I had the beginnings of the dreaded "hanging coupe window trim." I was about 2000 miles short of the next oil service but didn't want to wait that long. I called my regular service advisor, he set it up for me to drop off the car on Monday evening, hop in a loaner, then pick up the car the next day. When he inspected my car Monday night, he told me I was close enough for the oil service if I wanted it, I also mentioned that my trunk lights were intermittent. I was out of there in the 330I loaner in just a few minutes. When I picked up my car yesterday on the way home from work, they had replaced BOTH sides of the window trim, trunk lights were both burning brightly, and a brake fluid flush was done in conjuction with the oil service. The really cool part of doing the oil service early was it increases my chances of hitting the mileage for Inspection II before reaching the 50K mark, I probably wouldn't have otherwise. Kudos for Billy Todd, and BMW Houston North for their continued excellent service after the sale. Two cars from there now, and never a complaint.

Mein Auto: is way too fast
Eh, I'll toss in kudos to BMW of Austin. They gave me a great price, and have been incredibly nice to deal with. My old car was a lease that expired a week before my new car arrived back from Euro Delivery. They were kind enough to give me a loaner BMW for the week, even though they had no obligation to do so. They even tossed in both carpeted and rubber all-weather floormats in with the purchase. Thanks BMWoA.
