E30 (1982 - 1993)
God's Chariot. The E30 was produced primarily from 1982 through 1991. The cabriolet was the one exception which was produced through 1993.

Mein Auto: Bmw 327i Turbo
E30 m20b27 Turbo Project(

Currently building a e30 -89,have been building it for the last 6 months,
the target beeing 2 create a subtle but very fast Bmw and not sparing the costs!I still have a few things to do about it,but it should be rolling in about 2 months tops!!Anyways,i guess you are all urging for some spec so here we go sorry for sum bad english...dont know all english engine words)

Outside/chassis :
Paint is Lamborghini orange
Bilstein Sprint dampers,60/40 Fk springs,Powerflex all around,rear lower swaybar
stiffer(brand not sure..)Alpina camber adjustment plates
Brock B1 16 " rims, 9,5" front and 10" back!
Mtech-2 Spoiler kit,Hella Dark light conversion,bad boy bonnet,(not installed in the pics..)

Inside :
Boost,oil pressure,oil temp,water temp meters...Sparco Milano *2(red)
Sparco strip pedals
still 2 come: steering wheel,shift knob

Engine:
M20B25 "drilled" to 2700 cc,balanced crankshaft,AutoVerdi "pistonshafts"
Forged Mahle racing pistons,Enem Turbo camshaft,steel valves &springs,ported&flowed head,Garret Gt-37,Stainless steel Pulse-split headers,
50mm Wastegate,3" SS pressure tubing,Enem Racing intercooler,Setrab Oil
cooler,Hestec Engine managment & CDI..Bosch Uprated fuel pump,AEM fuel pressure regulator,ARp Pin bolts,o-ringed,valve seats "mira" treated
Still 2 Come: Injectors from SUMMIT(600cc) + a lot of small stuff(bitsn'bolts...)

Drivetrain : Getrag 260 gearbox,535 rear diff (axle?),sachs race clutch (organic)& 4 "side" sintered steel plate,short shifter
Hp target is around 400-500....hopefully !!

Phew....hope i got it all.....lets see if can get any pics here now!!

WOW, looks great, Keep us updated that turbo set-up looks great. Just a curious, does that turbo clear that hood?

That turbo has way more displacement than the engine.

if u mean the placing of the turbo then yes....the headers were built on order from an swedish firm,when whe got it back we quite quikly realised the turbo is a bit 2 close to the manifold,irritating ..yes,but at the moment im still going with it.. if that is what u were meaning???don't get me wrong,this is a serious build,i already have plowed down 18000 euros=23000 usd into this!

It sure does,engine dropped in "like a glove".. altough im planning on cutting some kinda hole,just a precaution!gets pretty hot!
