Overprice 2002 M3 Coupe

I saw this White 02 M3 coupe and Laguna Seca Blue 03 M3 convertible. The coupe $32k w/ 52kmiles and convertible $31.9k w/ 30,100 miles. I checked the blue book on the coupe, it's way below the asking price. It must be the word "problem free" that boost the price.
