halogens to xenons, not angel eyes
hi, forgive me if this question has been raised before but i am trying to see if anyone knows how easy it is to retro fit my 1996 e39 with xenons(not angel eyes) from a 1999 M5. is it a case of just s***ping the units over?? thanks rob

Yup, just swap them over, then aim very properly, as you won't have auto levelling.
You will get a check lowbeam warning light, and there are resistor packs you can buy or make to get that to go away. I highly recommend this, although I haven't done it yet on my recent e39. |
