Cool TV/DVD with GPS Navigation Question

I have a 2005 M3 with GPS. Is it possible to add a DVD player to my GPS or to convert my already DVD for the GPS; so that it will recognize a movie? If so, how can I do this and do any of you have any suggestions of what to buy? Also, how do I add TV in my car. I live in Germany and i would like to add a TV so that it will work in Germany and in the States.

Thanks, Troy
