New to BMW's, is this a good/safe deal?

Im looking at a 2000 328ci 5 speed, with 103000 miles for 13,900. It has a clear title and has had all maintenance done. Now, considering the mileage, will this car run for another 75000 miles, less/more? Should I expect lots of problems? Im coming from a 99 Passat, my brother has a 99 323is, and it made me want to go with a BMW. Thanks for any potential help...

If the mechanicals are truly solid, (*and* with a bit of luck), the car should be good for about 200K miles. If it has`nt already been done, here`s a few things that will need to be addressed for peace of mind:
New belts & hoses
Radiator flushed, refilled w/BMW coolant & distilled H2O, new radiator cap
All new filters
Trans & diff fluid changed
Check rear subframe mounts for cracks/tears
