Random long crank after new hpfp

Car: 2009 BMW 335i derive coupe with manual trans.

So I put on a bunch of stuff on my BMW. It started when I had bad hesitation and going into limp mode under heavy acceleration. I went ahead and put new injectors, new plugs, new coil packs, and replaced the hpfp and also cleaned the intake valves. Figured while I was in that deep I'd do everything. So I noticed that now I get a random long crank. If it's first start in the morning works beautifully. On short drives around town seems to be good too. If I drive it long and it gets enough time to warm up and stop for a few minutes and get back into the car it will long crank. If I let my car sit say at work and go out for lunch I get the long crank. If I let sit all day and go home then starts up fine. Seems to only happen when it's warmed up. I thought it was my tune so I pulled that and still happening.

So in short looking for trouble shooting ideas since it's not the normal hpfp symptoms. Thanks Justin
