Borla vs. Corsa TSE3 question

I'm looking for a cat-back exhaust for my '03 325i (5-spd) and am trying to decide between the Borla system and the Corsa TSE3. I'm leaning towards the Borla for a couple of reasons: 1)It's less expensive 2)easier for me to get 3) there have been some excellent reviews on bimmerfest and 4)Borla is so well known for exhaust. The only reason I'm condsidering the Corsa is because there was a good review of it here and their web-site raves about it. Does anyone know how the two stack up? Is one louder/throat-ier? Do either produce that rice-rocket whine (shudder)? Is one more free flowing than the other? Should I just go Civic-style and bolt a Maxwell House coffee can to my muffler?

From the reviews I've read, and the soundclips I've listened to the Borla seems to deliver more of a subtle, throatier sound.

I had the Borla on my 2002 325Ci(5spd--now traded in for a 2005 330ci) and loved it....nice sound but not boomy, makes the 325Ci sound more like a 330.....I have no experience with the Corsa.....

thanks, I'm definately leaning towards the Borla. It's available from a Canadian supplier so I don't have to worry about duty, tax or shipping....
Unless someone has some massive evidence of why to go Corsa, I'll be ordering it on Monday!

From what I remember reading on E46fanatics, the TSE3 is still considered "too loud" by some. So I assume that the TSE3 would be louder than the Borla.. there should be plenty of sound or video clips around if you search for them.
