Jon, a little help please - Bimmerfest

My son won the e36 strut braces from EuroBahn. We left all our info before we left Bimmerfest and we haven't heard from them. Two weeks ago I called and they were very apologetic and said they would get right back to me. I haven't heard from them since either. I don't think they're trying to dodge me but maybe a call from your end would help.
