Tires...(Playing it safe)

Ladies and Gentlemen...i've recently bumped into customer's/BMW owner's that needed a replacement tire for their damaged tire (M-Series, Z4, 6 Series) please make sure that your local dealer/tire shop sells your exact size and brand.....if not then you'll find yourself (unfortunately like a lot of my customers) having to special order these for x amount of business days and will be without your BMW for the time being....

I have a 645Ci and had a flat in Twentynine Palms CA. I called BMW asssist from the car at 2 in the afternoon and they had a tire shipped to the BMW dealer in Palm Springs at noon the next day. Right brand etc.

Not saying that can't happen my friend....but that's excellent to hear though.. I believe Jade (Faris) is still the service manager at that dealer....don't quote me on that though....i've worked with BMW Roadside for about 5 years now and i haven't had to call that particular dealer in a while.....but good to know you recieved excellent service sir...
