It's about that time for the 5 series. Below is a video highlighting some of the updates to the 5's appearance and some of the new technology that will be available to the series. Looks fresh and clean. What are your thoughts?

I definitely think it's worth waiting for the 2014 model and I just got convinced to do so.

I like it. I think the non Msport looks a lot more tolerable. The current front end looks like a ninja turtle cringe.

It's ok. I like the forward leaning grille, I'm not a big fan of the wrap around headlights. And it's nice to see the wagon is back. I wonder if the cooling system is reliable. Or how long the thrust arm bushings will last. Or if the pixels will last. Or if the valve cover gaskets will leak. Or if they care about any of that.

105 Fwy is the BMW's favorite commerical shooting spot.

Alas, the wagon is NOT back (in the US). What's the point of a promotional film with substantial footage of the F11 when is not sold in the US. I'd buy one today if I could.

I like the way in the video, the sedan is in downtown of a city, the wagon is at the beach, and the GT is just hiding somewhere in the mountains because it's too ugly to be looked at

Excellent! I'm in marketing and appreciate well done marketing by the firms that represent car manufacturers. They make a Prius look sexy.
