We spotted the next generation 2017 BMW X3 (G01) with its production body out testing in Germany. Compared to earlier mules/prototypes this one is further into development and is showing new details.

BMW is known for their mid-cycle changes and that time has come for the F25 X3. The biggest changes are probably with the addition of an sDrive (rear wheel drive) model and the new xDrive20d model variant. Both new additions give BMW buyers more choices when picking out their next Sport Activity Vehicle.

A facelifted version of the BMW X3 is due out in the upcoming year and we have some early spy photos highlighting the changes.
From the placement of the camo, we can tell that the changes are primarily on the front bumper, rear bumper, grille and head lights.
