Seems like it would be a lot easier to fix the broken bolt and get the cooling issue worked out than swap the engine, which wouldn't resolve a bleeding issue anyhow.

It's not necessary, but you might find it handy...

It's not necessary, but you might find it handy to put some Sharpie or White Out match marks on the crank and cam so it's easy to see at a glance if either has moved before putting the new belt on.
