DME / Main Relay Interchangeability

Is the Main / DME Relay 100% interchangeable with ANY of the other relays under the fuse box? '96 318is. I got the car in a non-running condition, and the Main relay that was in the car was a 4-prong...

I replaced the majority of the relays today with ones from a junkyard, still doesn't work. I suppose it's possible they're dead also. what's the way to test a relay?

crank position sensor is the first thing I was told to check in this situation....and the #1 cause of no fuel & no spark....but alright. it's still stock ews2, no aftermarket alarm.

you'll have to spend a decent amount on headlights to get some that are even worth using. i've got some cheaply made projector halos and they suck.

These seem to be the go-to aftermarket...
