The sway bar links and the rubber sway bar bushings have been known to contribute to the problem. Both are pretty cheap.

BMW codes accumulate over the life of the car.

They should be cleared, then drive the car for a few miles and check them...

no, they're not the same. my N52 with a Denso compressor was specified for 1.72 pounds of R134. The oil was what was in there. I don't know of a spec for that. Whatever comes out should be replaced....
