You may also want to consider the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+. They were not available for the E70 until recently. I have that tire on all 3 of my BMWs.

Just use the BMW parts. They are not much more than the aftermarket. The aluminum bolts have been revised several times to prevent breaking. No need for a kit. Just buy the bolts and gasket...

ECS is fine. I have used them and FCP for years. Just make sure to get the correct bolts. They are different for auto vs manual and the descriptions are not clear.
