Let me first start by saying I learned my lesson just before it was too late that one really needs to look up torque specifications. For the record, no more than 8.8 nm with a water pump . :p

Thanks, I plan to check out a few stores this weekend. Do you happen to know if they used the same springs in the business CD radio? I can get that for less than $50 on ebay and rip the springs out....

As far as I can tell, the "BMW Scanner 1.4.0" tool will recalibrate the SAS, and it's the most reasonably priced. Can someone confirm that?
