I think you are overdoing it on TC. IMO waste of good fluid. On diffs. you are definiately overdoing it as those diff's are not hard on fluid.
Next time you do it send sample to WIX, Blackstone...

Sure. I have seen N engines with 10k without trace of sludge too. Sludge will not form unless oil starts to oxidized and it will not as long as TBN in oil is still there.

Nah, that part is easy. It is messy. Regardless of that plastic thing you put in, it always spills. Then it doesnít matter how thorough I clean, and pressure wash after changing oil, it always smell...

Go with Continental DWS06 or Michelin Pilot A/S 3+. Both are top tier tires, had them both, my vote goes to Michelin Pilot A/S 3+.
