I'm pretty sure I went from a class 8.8 to 10.9, since they are metric. Or a grade 5 to a grade 8.... Either way I only bumped it up a single grade.

Happened to me one morning. I was barely able to fit a drill in there and eazy-out. Be careful not to mess up the threads... I upgraded the bolt, hope it doesn't happen again.

I use LL 04 and VW 507 oil. Only if they have both requirements. Usually it will have MB too, but I think the combination of LL 04 and VW 507 make the oil pretty solid.

Try a search with those codes. Looks like a throttle valve problem, but the boost pressure and transfer pump are likely unrelated. To troubleshoot on your own you really need to be able to pull codes...
