Can't speak to the CPO but it was covered under the original warranty and possibly under their extended svc plan. If the dealer keeps giving you grief, call BMW NA Corporate.

A fairly nonsense post, but I'm bored. Anyone drive their SMG not just shifting up and down but also throwing it into a neutral like you'd do in a manual rolling up to a stop or in traffic. Curious...
