You can get a new tire shaved to the same specs as your other 3. Or buy a used one that matches. If you switch. Many people go to the Continental DWS-06.

Not directly related to timing yes, BUT because it is wrapped around the harmonic balancer with the serpentine belt, the AC belt was giving an inconsistent pull on it.
