Did you get the BMW brand fan blade? When you pull the intake to do the heater pipes, it's not a bad time to replace the ccv and starter if needed.

Car needed to sit a little bit so I disconnected the negative terminal, upon startup it had eml, traction control and CEL.

I reset adaptations in INPA, cleared the codes, and engine failsafe...

Make sure that the fuel pump gasket is seated properly. I pinched mine first run, it got swollen leaked and had to buy another one.
