I agree that the tech landscape is shifting...

I agree that the tech landscape is shifting seismically right now, so I think a lease is a decent idea - especially with a mega-vehicle like the X7 which may depreciate like a rock if oil ever spikes...

That's pretty bad. Good rule of thumb is payment should be under 1% of MSRP to be a (really) good deal. You're not particularly close to that. Check leasehackr.com boards for help.

It's definitely not more spacious than the X3 since it's the same car overall but with a more raked front windshield and an obviously sloped roofline. It's smaller for both passengers and cargo.
