Thanks the suggestions from all of you. WD-40 did not work initially but faded it by the next day. Looks like Iíll take the wheel off and spray it all over with more WD-40 and see what happens.

In my opinion, they are completely reliable with proactive maintenance. Unlike a Toyota, you donít wait for an issue to bring it into a shop. You find a symptom and fix it.

Go with the Castrol 0w40. I donít usually recommend any additives but the ATP-205 has had good results at times to restore a bit of the valve stem seals.

Yes. I tried it. Not tremendously hard but enough to where it starts to bend and not break. I was afraid of damaging the radiator. I had it protected with just cardboard.

Water intrusion on the sensor at any point in its life could have caused a malfunction. When it stops working it does throw a fault code.
