The E46 M3 really can't be compared at all to a regular 330i or 325xi sedan though. I have driven a few of them...

Yep, I had 5 original bosch coils in my 07 335i with one new delphi that the dealer put in. So the dealer will mix and match I guess if they have to. I read that the dealer no longer uses bosch.
