If it is a bolt that says X Nm and then Y degrees, you must replace it. If it is a bolt with a fancy, built-in locking mechanism, you should replace it.

I could be wrong, but I'd suspect there is a vacuum check valve somewhere close to the brake booster. You could lose vacuum overnight just due to that being defective.

I'm going to speculate that the radiator fan on high speed is a fail safe when the DME is out of the loop. Figure out the U0100 and that may fix the others.
