Sounds like an EWS (anti-theft system) issue. INPA should help you.

Did you buy this car at auction? Have you ever got it to start? If Yes and No, the key is not mated to the EWS.

Monitor the fuel pressure. Your engine has a Schrader valve on the fuel rail. Rent a fuel pressure gauge and tape it to one of the wipers. Drive around.

Pressure s/b circa 50 psi.

Thread a 6x1.0x50 mm bolt into the oil filter boss to counteract the torque when removing the cap. This prevents tearing the shock mounts.

Nice to have an easily accessible filter.

Santa is correct. The AUC sensor, when detecting hydrocarbons in the air, forces the IHKA Recirc mode for a period of time. Has nothing to do with the blower.
