No way. Donít eBay it. I would get one of the few that are listed on FCPEuro. I personally would only use ZF brand for my ZF. FCPEuro will give you a lifetime warranty.

Yes the bolts. I believe the bolts are single use unless you use loctite. You donít need much. Canít hurt. The $1.99 blue loctite from FCPEuro gives just enough for the job.
