When running the self-bleeding procedure on an F10, is the coolant reservoir cap closed? Or should be left open? (I do not see a bleed screw.....) - how the air will be released?

It could be a loose/worn connector that is letting moisture in when it rains - plastic gets brittle over time so it can be just that - maybe a careful / close examination can pinpoint the root cause...

Yep, had those 2 leaks as well (Replaced 3 gaskets; 2 on the Oil Filter Housing and the VCG one), replaced the Cover by a new one (came with Gasket attached already) as the risk of having warp/cracks...

@ Ahmadahere - the outside air gets into the cabin through the bottom portion of the air filter assembly - there is a plastic partition just underneath and around it, which is known to crack...

Yes, it is supposed to close the outside air intake, however, I believe it gets overridden when the Front Defroster gets chosen --This is also why, the smell *seems* to happen more in Winter,...

I found a Valve Cover Gasket Leak (at the rear of the engine, close to the O2 Sensor) AND and an Oil Filter...

- OHG (Oil HousingGasket) - both gaskets
- Oil Filter Cap (it broke)

All Normal maintenance...
