The driver seat controls are also on terminal 30B. As are the USB sockets between the seats and below the rear vents (Fuse 74). Do those work?

Swap it with the rear left and see if the problem also moves. If it doesn't, check wiring up to the control unit and check sensor with an oscilloscope.

Have you checked voltages while the parking or brake lights are on? Have you checked the lights on the other side if they are the same?

The dash warning will go out by itself when it's fixed.

I think the 2.4mm limit in the first section is just a general warning. The sections below say 1.6mm max wear for all 3 sizes
30-28.4=1.6
36-34.4=1.6

Micro-encapsulated means they have thread locker on them from the factory. This is why they want you to replace them. 110 nm is also near the limit...
