Vacuum leaks are the most common cause. If your sure the intake is tight MAF is the next likely cause. You could try cleaning it.

At some point someone removed the drive shaft and forgot to tighten the bolts when they installed it.

I don't think this is a common problem.

I cant remember if this car has a guibo on the rear...

Super knock is definitely a thing. The computer will log it in the fault memory. Ive personally only seen it twice and the cars had a aftermarket tune.
