Found the problem, it was a frayed and broken wire in the "Microswitch Harness" Quick Temporary Solder job and everything works again.
Going to Look for and order the Microswitch Harness.

ie. There is no direct mechanical cable or linkage connected from the accelerator to the fuel control.
