Since I had already replaced air filters, fuel filter, just prior to the 100,000 KM mark I ended up only replacing the transmission fluid, engine oil, break pads and sensors. X5 does not have a timing belt that needs replacing, it is my understanding they use a chain that never has to be replaced.
