Keep in mind that the temperature gauge in the cluster is not coolant temp. It's actually oil temp.

What rpm are you flooring it at?

What gear were you in?

Were you using 93 octane fuel or something less? Also possibility of bad fuel.

Comparing a GT-R to your 335 GT is a terrible comparison. It's like comparing a 335i to a Corolla.....
