Question 2011 BMW e70 X5 35i Fuel Pump Relay Location?

Hey everyone! This is my first post on these forums so I apologize if this is a question that has been answered. I did do several searches on this forum and all over the internet, but am unable to find a definitive answer.

I have a 2011 e70 X5 35i and am having some cold start/long crank issues on my vehicle (naturally I just purchased it used a couple days ago) and wanted to at least start with the fuel pump relay to see if that might be the issue, but all of the descriptions I am finding are indicating that the fuel pump relay is in the passenger side trunk next to the fuse panel that is back there.

I have opened up this access panel and there is simply not a relay there at all unlike some pictures I have seen would indicate. Where is the relay?

I even dropped the under dash fuse panel to see if maybe it was relocated there, but no luck.

Any help on the location of this relay would be greatly appreciated or alternate information to help diagnose the long crank issue I'm having after the vehicle sits for awhile would be great. After the long crank, and eventual ignition, I am also getting some stumbling of the engine. Once I take off or the engine warms up it goes away entirely. It seems that there is a correlation between lower exterior temps and how severe the issue come about. Cold = worse. It has to sit for at least a couple hours as well. IF I start the car shortly after turning it off it fires right up.

Checked battery and it's fine, it cranks hard, but just takes a full 5 seconds at times to start, then stumbles around a bit and sounds like crap. Really bummed to have issues like this and several others within a few days of buying the car. FYI it's at about 60k miles.

Thanks again for the help!
