If I had a transmission loose I'd be glad to measure it, but all of them I have are in vehicles and connected to the engines. There are several guys on the E36 forum that have parts collections that will probably help you out.

Where the heck did you come up with a Maserati V8, and why do you want to put that unreliable boat anchor in your E36? I know, because you want to. It should sound awesome (when it runs).
