All of those are downstream in the exhaust from the DPF. So I would guess that they have no effect on the DPF stuff.

I would guess that, for whatever reason, no regeneration has yet occurred. My 335d does one about every tank (500 miles or so). You might try to force a regen with carly and see what happens to the pm filter.
