By any chance are you locking the car with a pet or human inside? It could be the interior motion sensor.

An easy way to check if it's the interior motion sensor would be to lock the car with the fob instead of the Comfort Access, then push the lock button on the fob a second time to disable the interior motion sensor. If that stops the false alarms, you know which sensor has gone bad. If not, it's likely another sensor has gone Tango Uniform, like the one that senses if your car is being jacked up.

One other possible culprit: These cars are so damn quiet, it's easy to exit the car with the engine running, particularly if you are on your cell phone or otherwise distracted. If you try to lock the doors while the motor is running, you will get several beeps of the horn. That doesn't quite fit your description of "the alarm goes on and stays on", but I'd at least rule it out before you take the car to the dealer.
