2019 M5 Coding

If anyone is seeking a great coder at a very fair price then I would strongly recommend you give a shout out to Octopump (Rich). This is the second 5 series that he has done for me over the years. I know there are many options out there but I can tell you Rich is the real deal. Knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, well versed in coding and car feature sets and most of all just an all around nice man.

If you can't find him on here just DM me and I will hook you up with his direct contact information.

Here are a few items that I liked best from the extensive list that he completed:

1. Enabled No Dazzle High Beam Assistance

2. Disabled Seat Belts chimes

3. Disabled Active Sound

4. Enabled closing the trunk from the FOB

5. Enabled locking the car/ folding the mirrors while the engine is running

6. Disabled the horn reminder that the engine is running when locking the car

7. Changed the default interior color to a custom Red (he can do any color you desire)

8. Replaced the BMW incoming calls ringtone with the Rolls Royce variant

9. Replaced BMW chimes/ sounds with the Rolls Royce variant

10. Reduced Blind Spot Detection activation speed down to 14 mph (30 default)

Dave

Sounds great. I'm able to code most functions I wanted to change via Bimmercode app. Still, activating the anti-dazzle headlights on my F90, is not possible with Bimmercode. At least not as far as I know. What was the process to do the coding, and how much did you pay in case you don't mind sharing? Thanks!

Just curious. Does this mess with the warranty?
