730d conversion to 750d?

what do you need to convert a 730d 2009 (245hp) with singel turbo to a 750d 2013-2015 (381hp)

Do i need to change any thing inside of the engine or just swap turbos, exhaust, and ECU/ or update standard ECU with 750d tune?

what i can understand so is the engine the same N57 3 liter diesel. In that case i feel that the 730d is a choked version of the real potential of the N57 engine.

N57D30Ox has 1800 bar fuel pressure, while N57D30Tx has 2000 bar fuel pressure. N57D30Ox uses single turbocharger, while N57D30Tx uses 2 turbochargers, and N57S uses 3 turbochargers of varying size.

Bore x stroke: 84 mm (3.3 in) x 90 mm (3.5 in)

I believe the management system is completely different as well.
