Does anyone have info on the individual amp that is similar to the logic 7 amp? I have one that has the sub channels going in and out.

Thanks

After the amp for rear doors died, I have to fix my L7. So, I bought TDA1562 and TDA8563 as replacement.

But, before I've just replaced the ICs, I had a look into application notes and did some modifications.

I sketched an small adapter pcb for the both ICs:

TDA1562, top layer:

TDA1562, bottom layer:

TDA8563, top layer:

TDA8563, bottom layer:

This is some impressive work
With in the research is it safe to say that the smaller board with the optical line is the pre-amp and the ribbon cable is signal and power between the amp and pre-amp????
Would it be possible to connect RCA tails to the correct pin outs from the ribbon cable, provide the board with a switched 12 volts and use the processing of the logic 7 to drive another amplifier??????

Is there a way to power the processor board by itself with out the amp board?

Hello everyone!
Please help!
During the repair of the ACK-CD amplifier, I removed two SMDs.
They are located between the end steps of the amplifiers. I lost these elements and now I can not restore the scheme. I do not have a block diagram.
Can you tell me what are the two SMD elements and what values do they have?
Thank you.Click image for larger version

Ok, so I am getting a hell of crackling sound from my subs and the rear speakers and no bass when the radio is on. I took it to the dealer and after paying almost $200, they told me my amp is out and to replace it will cost me $3600. So I am now here for any help. Paper, I am looking at your pictures An I must say i am a bit confused with the numbering on the board. I know the chips I need to replace are TDA1562 and TDA8564. But first of all, how did you take out the on-board chips and and looking at the replacement chips, where does 1 start from in relation to the numbering on the board?

I pulled the chips from the board as follows:
1. With a soldering iron, I removed the metal plates of the chips.
2. With a metal file I removed the chips.

Thanks Alek Sander for the response. I just ordered the parts 2x TDA1562, 2x TDA8563, 10x capacitors, heat gun and a soldering iron. Wish me luck.

Did you find out if it's possible to just grab the signal from the processing board?

I tried the repair but when I plugged it back in one of the new amps blew up and almost started a fire and there's no sound coming from the other one...

To answer myself somewhat if someone wants to do the same I have found a way to just skip the amping part of the board and just grab the low level signal from it to go to my own amps. One 4 channel 50w per channel amp for the rear speakers and center speaker and one 2channel 80w per channel amp for the two under seat subs.

Only problem I have run into is that the sub's signal seem to be a balanced one with a +(1v) and a -(1v) and a ground so I am not exactly sure how to convert them because now I only receive half the signal.

So if anyone have any clarification on this it would be appreciated.

Below are how I have wired the rca cables to the board and also I started label all the connections on the ribbon cable

Hi! How exactly did you solder the new amps in order for them to birn out right away? In wich order did you solder the pin's ?
I'm still waiting for the amp chips to arrive, and i just want to make shore i do it right...
Also, on the russian forum, ive found a different pins order... And at this point im a bit confused
It wont leet me upload pictures ...
But in the first original post, on the amp side, the pins 8 and 9 at the bottom of the board (as seen on the picture) are in order, where in the russian forum image, the pins 8 and 9 are inversed...
Im confused and really don't wish to blow the new amp chips
I will retry upload the pictures from my computer...
