Steering column switch turn signal, wiper not working fix

Wipers stop working in the middle off snow fall.
After realizing there is no fuse for wipers i use Ista to scan for faults it pointed to steering column . Tray to trigger from Ista and they work led me to conclusion something is wrong with column not getting power but I could not find wiring diagram for long time. Finally I found this diagram that help me locate problem. Fuse #13 is for steering column switch strange thing is it was OK but lost a connection . So I just clean it up and put back in the slot .
That is the FIX
Hope to help someone with similar problem
