JB3 map switching

Apologies if this has been detailed elsewhere, but I couldn't find details. I also thought I would ask here rather than BMS directly in case info is useful to others...

-With the new gas pedal map switching, once your desired level is selected, will this stay the default map after car is restarted? I.e. do I need to re-select it each time I get in the car?

-Assuming the mapping levels stays in place per above, is it unique to the car's 'profile'? By profile, I refer to the car settings that are unique for each key. My GF obviously has different settings for hey key, and would be great if her key also set the mapping to level 0, whereas mine retained whatever level I had last time I drove it.

Thanks in advance...

I sent this question to Terry from BMS direct, and his response as follows for anyone interested:

1) Yes
2) It would be nice, but no. The JB3 can not detect which key is in.
So the selected map will be persistent for all drivers.

Do you know if the car has to re-adapt every time you switch a map?
