First time BMW Owner

Hi all,

A couple of months ago, I picked up my first BMW and went with a 2016 528i. I know the 535s are very popular, so before anyone asks why.. I do a lot of driving for my job (in tech sales), so the smaller turbo engine was the right decision for me with the gas mileage, which is freaking awesome compared to the Tacoma I used to have. Love the car, have owned VWs, Subaru, Toyota (Tacoma & Landcruiser), and hoping to make a few mods to it to personalize.

Anyhow, looking to learn as much as I can here and contribute to the community where I can. Just wanted to introduce myself and find out if there is really anything I should look out for with the 528.

Thanks!

Welcome to the 'fest'
Honestly the mpg between the to is not that much, 528i is 23/34, 535i is 20/31.
The motor in that car is known as the N20 and has at least one known and main issue, the timing chain.
Do some research and check for recalls.
