Starter relay or Starter fuse location E38 740IL

Hello I am trying to find out if my 1999 BMW E38 740IL has a starter relay and if so where it is located.

I see one thread mention its under the passenger seat and another thread mention its under the E-fuse box under the hood.

My car has a no start issue and I want to replace the relay or at least check the relay or the fuse. Can you help me ?

Another mention was under the passenger seat and carpet.
F111 Fuse F111
Another mention was a relay K6324 under the hood.

Starter relay fuse

I had an experience when I bought my 97 not running condition 740 iL on not starting from the ignition key.
I traced the problem to engine control fuse in the glove box that was burned out.
The cause of the fuse blowing turned out to be the oil level sensor in the oil pan that was shorting out.
The fuse number I “think”was number 32 ? fuse in the main glove compartment.
The starter relay is in the e-box under the hood.

Although the oil level sensor is a known issue on a no start, there are no fuses in the glove box of US cars. They are all in the ebox or above the battery in the boot/trunk.
