Water intrusion F30 BMW 328d Sedan

This week in Florida we have had quite some tremendous rain. More at one time that I have seen in years. When I got in my 328d Sedan after a bad storm I noticed a box a put in the back floor board behind the passenger seat was soaking wet. Just the back floor board right side. I wet vacs the water up and tried to look for the source. Couldnt see or access any corner drainage pipes in the sun room and no apparent water intrusion from the sunroof that I could tell. But it does appear the water is pooling near the under the seat vents (under passenger seat) when I wet vac that area pulled out 4 gallons of water in total. The next day it rained hard again and when I went to look the back carpet same area was soaked wet again. Vac out another 4 gallons of water. Anyone ever have this problem? Doesnt appear to be coming from the vap barrier as the doors themselves are dry. Doesnt appear to be coming from above more likely from a lower source. Any input greatly appreciated!

My brother car F10 520d also has a leak into cabin. It is caused by clog drain in the engine compartment under air blower on the passenger side. When the water is high enough, it will leak into the cabin behind the glove compartment. May be / May be not the same reason.
